Did you know? Even top performers can struggle to find their footing in new team environments. Research reveals that NBA players often need 21 games to hit their stride with a new team, while nearly half of top investment analysts fail to replicate their success in new banks.
Yet, success isn’t just about individual brilliance. As Pelé wisely put it, “The team is the winner or loser, not the player.” If you’re a team leader seeking solutions, our Managing Teams for High Performance program is your answer. Led by industry expert Muhammad Sabri Rawi, this program unveils the keys to fostering team dynamics and overcoming common dysfunctions.
Ready to unlock the secret to high-performance teams? Just like a symphony isn’t crafted by compiling notes, assembling high performers doesn’t guarantee success. True excellence emerges from cohesive teamwork and a shared goal.
Drawing on the expertise of Patrick Lencioni, we address the five main dysfunctions hindering teams: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.
Join us to unleash your team’s potential and drive unparalleled success!
