Overview

Policies alone are ineffective if leaders don’t “walk the talk.” Ethical leadership is crucial—without it, training and codes of conduct won’t prevent misconduct. Leaders must actively demonstrate integrity to foster a culture of accountability.

Unethical behavior like bullying or favoritism damages morale, drives talent away, and harms an organization’s reputation. These issues often go unnoticed until significant harm occurs. To ensure good governance, organizations must prioritize transparency and ethical leadership. When leaders embody the values they promote, policies become meaningful, creating a healthier, high-performing workplace.

The program is delivered via 11 bite-sized videos which includes 3 quizzes and a live session that participants may choose to attend at the end of the videos to supplement their online learning or to ask questions.
