ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, PROGRAM & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Position Level: Associate Director
Reports to: Executive Director, EE

Position Overview:

The incumbent is responsible for Program & Business Development and Delivery of Executive Education Programs & Projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

Planning:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the executive education sector.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan, including target markets, prospective clients, and sales strategies.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with prospective clients, including corporations, government agencies, and international organizations/markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Curriculum Development and Professional Accreditation:

  • Collaborate with faculty and academic staff to develop curriculum content that aligns with industry standards and requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to secure professional accreditations and certifications for the school’s programs and
  • Ensure that curriculum development initiatives meet the highest standards of quality and
  • Monitor trends and changes in professional accreditation requirements to keep the school’s offerings current and competitive.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in business administration or any professional qualification is often preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the relevant

  • Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, work both independently and collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
