ASB PWC publication launch: “Leading the leap: Trust-driven strategies to shape reinvention”

In an increasingly digitalised economy where technology is a catalyst for disruption, the workforce remains at the centre of reinvention. Our recent study shows that a workforce with high trust is not only more receptive to a leader’s decisions and more resilient to the turbulence that comes with new strategies; but are also 6 times more likely to seek out new ways to learn and innovate. The good news is that creating this shift sits well within the realm of influence for CEOs.

PwC Malaysia and Asia School of Business’ latest thought leadership publication. Titled, “Leading the leap: Trust-driven strategies to shape reinvention”, the publication highlights these key insights:

  • The relationship between trust and leadership
  • The drivers of employee behaviors that enable reinvention in tackling megatrends such as GenAI and sustainability
  • The attributes of trusted leadership

During the event, there will also be a panel discussion with external speakers on the intricate dynamics between trust, change management and leadership. Attendees can expect to gain practical insights on how executives can rewire their workforce for successful reinvention.
