ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, PROGRAM & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Position Overview:
The incumbent is responsible for Program & Business Development and Delivery of Executive Education Programs & Projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
Planning:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the executive education sector.
- Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan, including target markets, prospective clients, and sales strategies.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with prospective clients, including corporations, government agencies, and international organizations/markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and

Curriculum Development and Professional Accreditation:
- Collaborate with faculty and academic staff to develop curriculum content that aligns with industry standards and requirements.
- Drive initiatives to secure professional accreditations and certifications for the school’s programs and
- Ensure that curriculum development initiatives meet the highest standards of quality and
- Monitor trends and changes in professional accreditation requirements to keep the school’s offerings current and competitive.

- Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
