Mandatory E-Invoice Implementation by ASIA School of Business (“ASB”) with effect from August 1, 2024

Dear Valued Client,

As required by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRBM”), it is mandatory for Asia School of Business (“ASB”) to implement e-invoicing with effect from 1 August 2024. Please be informed that Asia School of Business is our trade name and ASB Management Sdn. Bhd. is our company name. 

Important Details:

  1. Mandatory E-Invoicing: Transitioning into e-invoice will require all transactions with ASB with the issuance of e-invoices validated by IRBM.
  2. Client Obligations: To ensure compliance with IRBM’s requirements, we kindly request that all clients complete the necessary prerequisites specified by IRBM by providing the mandatory profile data to ASB. Detailed guidelines are available on the IRBM’s MyInvois portal.
  3. Support for Transition: Our team is here to assist you during this transition period and address any questions or concerns.

Steps to Take:

  1. Familiarize yourself with the MyInvois e-invoicing guidelines provided by IRBM.
  2. Update your client profile data maintained with ASB to ensure compliance with the MyInvois standards:
