Biography
Diana Gan is Adjunct Faculty and Program Director of Next Frontier Leadership Program. A seasoned executive coach with The Preston Associates, Diana specializes in leading transformative journeys for organizations navigating digital disruption. She employs proven methodologies to drive collective success and high performance, while serving as a trusted sounding board for C-suite executives facing increasingly complex business landscapes. As a Lecturer at INSEAD, Diana guides senior executives on strategic formation and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, encouraging leaders to focus beyond productivity gains toward value creation and scalable growth.
She is currently developing new executive education programs with GenAI Fund that leverage generative AI for corporate innovation. She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of KYM Holdings Berhad, a Bursa-listed company, where she champions balanced approaches to innovation and ESG opportunities. Diana previously served for 13 years with Education in Motion (EiM), where she sat on the Group Executive Board as Chief Legal Officer, driving international expansion, securing multiple private equity financings, and launching the group’s corporate venture capital fund investing in edtech startups.
Diana holds an INSEAD Global Executive MBA (Dean’s List), Double Degrees in Law and Business from University of Technology, Sydney (First Class Honours), and is a graduate of the VC University program jointly offered by US NVCA and University of Berkeley.
