THE aim of the Pan Borneo Highway (PBH) is to connect Sabah and Sarawak with Brunei and Kalimantan, which is expected to benefit their economic growth. In terms of the oil and gas (O&G) industry, while the highway aids in logistics, the emphasis should be on the sector’s infrastructure development, particularly for Sabah.
