Biography

Asha is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant who earned her qualification at just 21, acquiring advanced analytical and financial proficiency through her rigorous ACA training. With over four years of experience in Singapore at Ernst & Young LLP, she has led audits across various industries, designed approaches for new engagements, and worked with a diverse array of international teams and clients. In addition, Asha also guided her teams through the complex requirements of newly introduced IFRSs 15, 9, and 16, which marked major overhauls in financial reporting. She also spearheaded initiatives for workflow improvements, resulting in smoother team operations and increased client satisfaction.

Seeking to expand her horizons and make a difference, Asha began volunteering in a skills development program for underprivileged youth, where she continues to design and deliver educational workshops. This inspired her transition into higher education, where she works to create impactful learning experiences that spark new ways of thinking. Driven by her passion for lifelong learning and a deep belief in the power of a growth mindset, Asha empowers others to embrace change, overcome limiting beliefs, and navigate their journeys with confidence and purpose.
