Shazali holds a Masters of Financial Analysis from LaTrobe University, Australia. Prior to joining ASB, he spent 4 years in MIDF Amanah Investment Bank as a Corporate Finance associate. His experience includes steering high-value mergers and acquisitions, strategic fundraising, and the successful orchestration of IPOs. His expertise is not just limited to numbers and deals; it encompasses a holistic understanding of the financial landscape, ensuring value creation and sustainability.

Shazali also served 5 years in various government agencies where his role not only honed his financial acumen but also fortified his skills in stakeholder management, ensuring seamless communication, trust-building, and alignment of objectives in complex deal environments.
