Located in Kuala Lumpur, the Asia School of Business (ASB) is a partnership between MIT Sloan and the Central Bank of Malaysia. ASB exposes students to a world-class management education experience in Asia on the frontier of the business world. ASB’s innovative curriculum delivers market-relevant preparation with leading companies throughout Southeast Asia.



MBA – 12 months

Our MBA program features a core curriculum taught by MIT Sloan and ASB faculty, complemented by Action Learning projects with organizations across Asia and beyond.

The curriculum includes up to a three-week MIT Sloan Immersion in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and 1-week study treks where students visit companies and institutions of interest in global financial hubs.

Executive MBA (EMBA) – 16 months

Designed for mid to senior-level leaders, the Executive MBA (EMBA) is a unique experience that blends education and career growth.

With a mix of remote and on-campus instruction, you’ll deepen your understanding of business management and apply it to real-world challenges.

At the heart of the EMBA is a curriculum designed to directly impact your professional life. The courses provide ongoing opportunities to learn, test and apply classroom theories, cases, and real-world examples to the most pressing challenges you face in your own organization.

Master in Central Banking (MCB) – 12 months

The Master in Central Banking (MCB) is a year-long residential program designed especially for central bankers. It includes a six-week MIT Sloan Immersion, where MIT Sloan faculty will teach courses emphasizing systems thinking, best practices, innovation and new technologies.

Participants will benefit from a curriculum that focuses obsessively on central banking and the intense, hands-on experience of working in teams. They will leave the program with an international network of friends who speak the same language of central banking.
