Satish Viswanathan

Satish Viswanathan is a Managing Director at Accenture Strategy & Consulting. His roles including Global Data and AI Lead for Travel Industry, and Program Lead of the MIT and Accenture Convergence Initiative for Industry and Technology. He is also the Data and AI Lead at Amadeus, a diamond client for Accenture.

 

Mr. Viswanathan holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Software Systems, both from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. He also holds an MBA degree from Steinbeis University, Berlin and is a SAS Certified Predictive Modeler.

 

Mr. Viswanathan holds a unique profile, working across multiple domains including customer experience, business strategy, data science, industry consulting, digital innovation and technology delivery. His expertise can be summarized in one line – ‘connecting the dots between design, data and domain’. He has previously worked at HP and IBM, including 5+ years of expatriate exposure at UK and Germany.

Lim Chao Li

Mr. Lim Chao Li is the Chief Commercial Officer of Hotel Equatorial Management Sdn Bhd. He has over 30 years of experience in audit, hospitality, property, and technology companies in Malaysia and internationally.

 

Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree majoring in Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, USA. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

 

Mr. Lim is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Public Bank Berhad. He is the Chair of the Board Sustainability Management Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Risk Management Committee, and the Compliance Committee.

 

He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Public Financial Holdings Limited and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of JcbNext Berhad. His research focuses on matching theory–the study of how firms and workers, schools and students, and romantic partners, among others, match to one another.

 

Dr. Flanders received his Ph.D. in Economics from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he is a member of the Royster Society of Fellows. Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, CSUF.

Chow Sang Hoe

Chow is the Consulting Managing Partner for EY in Malaysia. Chow has more than 30 years of experience in business consulting, strategy and transformation. He has a keen understanding of the digital capabilities landscape and how these apply to EY clients.

 

He is also actively involved in making targeted acquisitions to bolster design, technology, innovation and analytics capabilities in Malaysia. Chow is committed to driving innovation, change and positive growth for the betterment of his teams, clients and communities.

 

His passions are transformation and nation-building. Energized by the achievements of both clients and the country he lives in, he enjoys bringing people together, having conversations, facilitating discussions, and achieving actionable outcomes.

 

Chow is a key influencer in the consulting industry, working extensively with a range of clients, including government organizations and private enterprises across the region, on their corporate strategies, business models and transformation implementation support.
