Videos are available beginning October 20, 2025
Course Credits: 2 Credits

Overview

While change is the only constant in business, the most adaptable and resilient organizations in dynamic environments share a common trait: effective leadership during times of change. Such leadership ensures that business solutions remain innovative, even amid ongoing and urgent demands. It strikes a balance between exploiting existing opportunities and exploring future possibilities. It recognizes and responds to employee resistance with empathy and understanding. And it fosters a sense of security and fairness, even when certainty cannot be guaranteed.
