Business schools increasingly must balance global excellence with deep local relevance. Drawing on leadership experience across both the United States and Asia, this session explores how institutional strategy, governance, research priorities, AI, and talent development differ — and converge — across the most important regions in the world today.

This free-format conversation with the current and former Presidents of the Asia School of Business, all with strong affiliations to MIT, reflects on what American universities can learn from Asia’s growth trajectory, and how Asian institutions can engage globally while remaining true to their regional mission and societal purpose.
