Adjunct Senior Lecturer

Biography

Diana serves as Adjunct Senior Lecturer and Executive Coach at Asia School of Business, where she leads and delivers curated executive programs, public lectures, and leadership coaching for senior executives.

Her work focuses on two interconnected areas: leadership growth and corporate innovation.

In leadership growth, Diana works with senior executives from sovereign wealth funds, large financial institutions, conglomerates, and fast-growing startups to sharpen their strategic vision, translate that vision into actionable plans, and build the capabilities required to drive corporate transformation. She designs curated programs with a targeted approach, helping organizations prepare their next generation of leaders to transition into larger roles while cultivating a collective leadership culture that can future-proof the organization.

On a one-to-one basis, Diana coaches senior executives through critical stages of leadership growth, preparing them for the identity shift required to lead an organization and helping them develop the executive presence needed to represent it effectively.

In corporate innovation, Diana brings the latest developments in innovation models into her lectures, exploring how technological advances, particularly AI, are reshaping both product and business model innovation. The emergence of new products and business models is driving a fundamental shift in how work is designed. This calls for organizations to critically examine long-held assumptions about how business is conducted, reconsider their strategic positioning, and determine how far they must evolve or transform to remain relevant and competitive.

Diana works with senior executives to explore the mechanics of emerging human-AI work models, their implications for team dynamics, and how leadership must evolve in response to these changing demands. Critically, she encourages senior leaders to look beyond the productivity gains offered by AI and consider future strategies across four pillars: automation, intelligence, autonomy, and new value creation.

Diana is an advisor to GenAI Fund, working with conglomerates across Southeast Asia to develop and roll out innovation leveraging generative AI, with a particular emphasis on human-technology collaboration. Together with GenAI Fund, she delivers end-to-end strategic implementation of corporate innovation, from assessing organizational readiness and identifying the critical value levers for innovation, to designing and implementing appropriate innovation models and facilitating the cultural transformation required to support their successful rollout.

Prior to teaching and coaching, Diana spent 13 years with multinational education group Education in Motion (EiM), where she built and operated international schools under the Dulwich College brand and supported the acquisition of new brands across APAC and the UK/Europe. She served on the Group Executive Board and was also Group Chief Legal Officer.

During her tenure, Diana played an instrumental role in the group’s international expansion, closing multiple private equity and project financings and completing numerous business development and M&A transactions. She also launched the group’s corporate venture capital fund, EiM Ventures, investing in early-stage edtech startups globally.

Earlier in her career as a lawyer, Diana worked extensively with multinational corporations on cross-border investments, the design of new business models, and new-market entry.

Diana is a graduate of the INSEAD Global Executive MBA, where she was named to the Dean’s List. She also holds a double degree in Law and Business from the University of Technology Sydney, graduating with First Class Honors. She is also a graduate of VC University, jointly run by the US National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and the University of California, Berkeley.
