YEAP SI XIN

Si Xin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Education (PGCEi) from the University of Birmingham. Deeply curious about how people learn and grow, she is especially interested in coaching and leadership development, and is passionate about the role of education in driving social impact.

Prior to joining ASB, Si Xin was a Teach For Malaysia Fellow, where she taught in a rural community in Sarawak. During her Fellowship, she led initiatives to bridge the gap between parents and schools, and spearheaded a digital gamification project to address literacy challenges. She has also worked with gender-focused NGOs, conducting community workshops on gender power imbalance and sexual harassment.

In her free time, Si Xin enjoys journaling, singing karaoke, and experimenting with new recipes she finds on social media.
