NAJIHA ZAIDUN

With a background in Geography from the University of Malaya, Najiha Zaidun brings a structured and detail-oriented mindset to academic operations. She has a deep interest in how systems function, how they work, where they break, and how they can be improved. Passionate about process optimization, she developed an automated solution that replaced more than a dozen manual academic workflows. She also built the first minimum viable product of ACE, ASB’s Open EdX-powered learning platform, laying the foundation for its continued development.

Outside of work, she enjoys the intense rivalries of Formula 1 and has a soft spot for cute trinkets, keychains, and all things small and delightful.
