Jason Yap possesses an accounting degree and ACCA qualification. Prior to joining ASB, he worked as an auditor in a renowned audit firm and a tax accountant in one of the world’s largest multinational oilfield services company. Years later, he found his passion in education and joined a leadership development program under Teach For Malaysia. He furthered his postgraduate study in education and taught in a public school. During his employment with the government, he launched several initiatives in the school including championing 21st-century learning, innovation pitching, and bridging the school with corporates.
