He is the most highly cited OB scholar in Asia-Pacific; among the 10 most cited worldwide; published 400 articles, 30 books, gave about 500 seminars and talks for industry.
Received several Distinguished Scientific Contributions Awards (Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Entrepreneurship division of Academy of Management, German Psychological Association; International Association for Chinese Management Research’ International Association of Applied Psychology and fellowships). Member of the Academy of Science in Germany (oldest Academy in the world, other members e.g., Einstein).
